He will then receive an email confirming the correct consideration of his unsubscribe.
The VIP User, who terminates his subscription under these conditions, will continue to have access to the service until the end of the MAJENI License Billing Period. It will be billed accordingly.
In addition, in order for termination to take effect from the end of the billing period during which it takes place, it must be notified at least 3 days before the end of that period. This period is justified by the fact that the bank debit authorization is obtained 3 days before the payment is made. The termination must therefore take place prior to the said acquisition in order to be taken into account at the end of the current billing period.
Example: User has a monthly subscription signed on January 22. If he decides to terminate it on 15 April, the termination will be effective on 22 April. If he decides to terminate it on 21 April, the termination will be effective on 22 May.

- For quarterly invoicing subscriptions: termination may take place at the earliest 10 calendar days before the tacit renewal of its subscription;
- For annual invoicing subscriptions: cancellation may take place at the earliest 14 days before the tacit renewal of its subscription.
Example: The User has a monthly subscription subscribed on March 1 with a promotional coupon. If he decides to terminate it on 12 March, he will still have to wait on 26 March (31-6 = 26) to be able to notify his termination, which will be effective on 1 April. If he decides on 25 May to terminate the contract, he may do so from 26 May for an effective termination on 1 June.

7.4. EFFECTS OF RESILIATION
The termination of the MAJENI Licence shall not give rise to any reimbursement from MAJENI concerning sums already invoiced in fulfilment of the contract.
As of the effective date of the termination of the MAJENI License, the User will always have access to his Profile which will remain active.

Example: VIP User has a monthly subscription on 22 January. If he decides to suspend it on 15 April, the suspension will be effective on 22 April. If it decides to suspend it on 21 April, the suspension will be effective on 22 May.
